1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).

Once your order has been handed over to our carrier network, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.

Every item shipped from NovaSmart includes full end-to-end tracking. Once your tracking number is generated via email, you can follow your package directly through our website tracking page or via major carrier networks (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or your local national post). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking info to update online.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For US Customers: Orders valued under $800 generally clear customs smoothly without additional import duties.

For European / EU Customers: All prices displayed on our store include VAT where applicable. Any regional flat-rate customs handling fees applied at checkout are handled transparently so your package arrives straight to your door with no hidden delivery bills.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your smart device arrives physically damaged during transit or fails to arrive within our specified window, please contact our support team immediately at support@novasmart.com. We request that you report any damaged items within 14 days of delivery so we can swiftly arrange a free replacement or processing refund.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. NovaSmart is not responsible for items shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake on your order confirmation email, contact us within 2 hours of placement, and we will happily update it before it hits the fulfillment line.
